The Security popup window contains two settings: 

The Successive Failed Attempts parameter sets the number of failed login attempts a user has before their account is locked out. The default is five. Users whose accounts are locked will need to contact their administrator to get it unlocked.

The Timeout parameter sets how long an inactive session will remain open. The default is 30 minutes.
