Log Frame Centricity in Delta
Delta's Log Frame module consolidates all Indicators functionality in one convenient place. The log frame is presented on the left side of the screen, and the horizontal navigation allows users to quickly go back and forth between log frame levels. The log frame tree can be used as a filter to drill down to a specific set of indicators by clicking on a log frame level. Only the indicators associated with that level will be displayed on the screen.
Activities are the end points of each branch of the log frame, and as such are listed first in the secondary menu of the Log Frame module. Keep in mind that you can use your own terminology and nomenclature for log frames, up to ten levels. However, the end points of any log frame will be first in the horizontal navigation.
NOTE: the vast majority of the functionalities associated with activities is now located in the Project Management module. You can associate indicators to activities in the Log Frame module as well as in the PM module. However, the activities list proper no longer appears in the Log Frame module.
Indicators can also be set up to directly inform activities.
