The new Project Management module regroups six important functionalities: Activities, Activity Plan & Budget, Funds Disbursement, Project Timeline (Gantt chart), Project Reports, and Staff Reports. All have been redesigned and enhanced to make them easy to find, intuitive to use, and versatile in their features.

Intro to Activities pertains to everything having to do with configuring, planning, tracking, and reporting on activities. This is the first page in the extensive Activities content.

Activity Plan & Budget is a planning and monitoring tool that's generally used for annual planning and follow-up of a programme.

Funds Disbursement is a tracking tool which allows you to enter and track project disbursements against financing.

Project Timeline is the Gantt chart for the project.

Project Reports were formerly located in the Analytics module, which has been replaced with the Dashboards module. All the project performance custom reporting functionality for Activities has been moved here, and works as it did previously. 

Staff Reports were formerly located in the Documents module, which has been replaced by the Learning module. These are corporate reports, quarterly documents, etc.
